Once again I hail from Louisiana.... Baton Rouge to be exact. Here on business once again.
Alas, it gave me an opportunity to meet up with the old Wednesday night Dash 'n' Dine group. The concept is simple: meet up at the host's house, go for a run, then enjoy a pot luck dinner afterwards. Although I moved away from Baton Rouge 4 years ago, it's nice to know I can easily meet up with old friends and catch up. I caught up on the local adventure racing and triathlon scene and the personal lives of everyone in it.
Felt great running too. Workouts are going great so far this week, but it's going to be a challenge to swim today. Hmmmm....
Off to the hotel gym for a bike ride...
