Last night I participated in the Christmas Lights Run. Imagine 500 or so runners zipping through Washington DC, hitting the Mall, the National Christmas Tree, the Willard Hotel, Judicial Square, and Union Station, singing Christmas carols. Fun time, but we ran a little harder than I anticipated. My legs were sore from the tough track workout from the previous evening! I came home, and there was Socrates. Who was more tired?
I'm running 16 miles in the morning, then off to Chicago for Christmas!
